Future Projects for Camp New Dawn

- Downed trees cut into firewood for campfires. Requires ability to use chain saw, split and move wood to covered storage.

- Landscape and plant trees to provide some privacy in camp area (Requires knowledge of plants and planting, keeping view shed open)

- Work on lake area in spring: install docks and equipment storage building. Requires knowledge of all tasks listed

- Construction in future: Multipurpose building to house office, registration, nurse’s station, staff room, bath and more bunks. Requires knowledge of permits, building construction—electric, plumbing, framing, roofing, HVAC, and finishing.

- Build paintball course. Requires knowledge of the game for optimum course layout and basic construction skills.

- Low ropes course construction. (basic construction skills required)
