If accepted, I agree to follow the staff manual, become familiar with and adhere to policies and procedures to enhance the mission of New Dawn International Ministries and exhibit Christ in a safe environment for each camper. I will comply with a drug test and background check when requested to do so. I understand that I will receive room and board, and a small salary. If i choose to raise more salary I will direct donations to New Dawn International Ministries, Inc. I can commit to the training and working at camp weeks June 10-July 24, 2010 (except week-end time off) with the following exceptions:

I hereby give New Dawn International Ministries, Inc. personnel permission to seek appropriate treatment in case of emergency according to their best judgment, and will hold New Dawn International Ministries, Inc. and its agents blameless in the event of injury or accident. I am physically and mentally competent to perform the duties of the position for which I have applied.
International applicants will provide proof of sponsorship to the United States and pay all travel expenses, obtain proper documents/visas and obtain adequate insurance coverage.
